Every day we work hard to deliver tailor made dresses with a perfect fit. We continue to feel responsible for our products after they are shipped and our goal is that you should be 100% satisfied with your order. To reach our highly set goal we give you the opportunity to adjust your dress at a local tailor, if a measurement turns out to be incorrect. We call this our perfect fit-guarantee.

Perfect fit-guarantee

  • Our perfect fit-guarantee covers costs up to $$$ for dress adjustments at a local tailor in New Zealand.
  • The guarantee covers all our tailor made dresses
  • Before making an adjustment you must contact customer services at hi@sofiamoore.com and describe the issues you’re having
  • After the adjustment has been made just send your account information together with a copy of the payment receipt to us. An image or scanned digital copy of the receipt works perfectly fine.

 

For the guarantee to be valid you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the dress. The guarantee is valid once per customer.

If your dress cannot be adjusted, or if you are not satisfied with the quality of the dress, you have a right to cancel the purchase. In this event you return the dress to us so we can do a thorough review of your complaint and if the claim is accepted you can decide if you want a new dress in return or a full refund.
