Prices

Prices displayed on the international website include 0% VAT. Possible VAT and custom fees are NOT included in the prices and might have to be paid by the customer upon delivery. Customers within the European Union will never have to pay the VAT or custom fees.

Please note that special conditions apply to countries such as Switzerland and Norway.

Specific payment terms and delivery conditions are shown in the cart depending on the chosen method of payment and shipping.

We always have free shipping worldwide on all dresses. On purchase of individual accessories where the total sum is less than USD/EUR/GBP 100, a shipping fee of 9 USD/EUR/GBP is added.

Secure Payments

Sofia Moore is using the listed company DIBS as provider of payment services. DIBS uses standard technologies for secure Internet payments. No card details are stored so you do not have to worry about using your card at our site.

Paying with Klarna invoice is safe and easy. You never need to provide your credit card information and always pay after your goods arrive.

Please note that Klarna Invoice is only available for Swedish customers in SEK.

Your order will be approved after it is paid if you choose another payment option than Klarna invoice. Therefore, your card will be charged directly.

Deliveries

We offer free shipping on all our dresses and guarantee that no hidden fees like toll or VAT will incur.

With our free shipping we guarantee delivery within 15 working days. We also offer express delivery at an additional charge where we deliver your items within 10 working days.

Working days are calculated with regards to both the country of delivery and Sri Lanka where we have our production facility. In some cases we need to ask you, the customer, things about your order, for instance to double check a measurement, and the delivery time is then calculated from the day we get a final answer from you.

If an unforeseen issue out of our control would delay your shipping, for instance customs processing, we will do our best to inform you as soon as possible.

Unclaimed Packages

In situations beyond Sofia Moore's control, such as when the customer is not available on the specified delivery address, delivery delays, human / mechanical / technical failures, force majeure or delays in customs clearance, Sofia Moore cannot be held responsible and / or liable for compensation.

Unclaimed packages will be returned to Sofia Moore. We reserve the right to charge you the cost of the return shipping, handling and processing fee. 

Privacy Policy

When ordering a product you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to us storing this information in accordance with Sofia Moore's privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. A cookie is a small data file stored by the browser on your computer. Cookies allow you to order products on our website and allow us to enhance and personalize your shopping experience.
We use cookies to, for example:

Force Majeure

Sofia Moore is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accidents, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.

Service

We strive to keep our costs down in order to offer competitive prices. This requires that we have no phone support. We handle all customer service via e-mail (hi@sofiamoore.com) and usually respond immediately. Our goal is to answer all emails within 24 hours on weekdays.

Perfect fit-guarantee

Every day we work hard to deliver tailor made dresses with a perfect fit. We continue to feel responsible for our products after they are shipped and our goal is that you should be 100% satisfied with your order. To reach our highly set goal we give you the opportunity to adjust your dress at a local tailor if a measurement turns out to be incorrect, we call this our perfect fit-guarantee. Returns and Complaints

Our dresses are always made according to the measurements you give us. Since our dresses are handcrafted we allow minor deviations from the specified measurements that will not change the fit of the dress.

If you ordered goods that have been customized to your preferences, such as a made to measure dress, the right to rejection is forfeited.

However, it is possible to return a product that does not keep our promise in quality. You are required to keep the product in the same condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it and try it on at home. If the goods are damaged or lost because your carelessness, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Garments made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade due to normal variations in the dyeing process.

When returning goods, the customer must always contact our customer service for approval and instructions.
